Before I started training I was often tired and did´t have much will to do anything. I was rather sitting in the sofa, scrolling on my phone, watching series on Netflix and eating chocolate or snacks.

Fortunately I had a friend that took me out for a walk. Then the walk became a short jogg, and the jogg became fitness class. Since then I felt more energy and enyojed things much more. I now lead my own fitnessclass & I even ran a Marathon!

Now I know how much training and nutricion can help with everyday life. I usually train at least 3 times a week and try to go for a walk or do something in between. It was not easy in the beginning. My legs and muscles got tired very quickly and I had a lot of training soreness afterwards. Because I´m in my 50´s it´s important for me to recover from training and even more so to get the right nutricion and supplement. I found this great one that helped me with both muscles, joints AND better recovery! It is not easy to choose a good one because there´s so many different out there, but I been doing a lot of research and I tried this. I can feel the differens, I get more energy, both in my muscles and overall boost. But I think one of the best part for me is that it helps me a lot with recovery after I have been training.
